Pranalife trained teacher Alison Longstaff Moore studied with low back experts Asia Nelson and Stuart McGill to teach you low back wisdom along with the wisdom of yoga. "We want to grow in self-care and understanding of our bodies, learning how to strengthen what is weak, and bring ease to what is rigid. We seek balance and respect for our bodies. Come and find companionship in our common journey, and rest from your daily worries if for just one hour." Alison excels at teaching the "why" of yoga, teaching ways to adapt poses for new bodies, older bodies, and injured bodies. She teaches true yoga. True yoga is a journey of deeper and deeper exploration and discovery of one's body and spirit. It doesn't matter if you look like the pictures in the books. To be playfully and compassionately on your learning edge is yoga. It is as simple as that.
